A small, repeatable set of elemental interactions is more useful than memorizing everything. Start with acid setups and one reliable trigger.
Common elemental interactions (starter set)
Exact names can differ by spell variant, but the patterns below are consistently mentioned in demo coverage: acid is the “glue” that enables strong fire and lightning interactions.

How to practice
- Pick one setup combo and repeat it until the timing is automatic.
- Use it in low-risk runs before relying on it in hard maps.
- In co-op, decide who sets up and who triggers the combo.
Good “starter” spell habits
- Lead with control: use your first cast to shape space (slow, zone, or group enemies).
- Trigger with purpose: your second cast should either burst, heal, or create a safe reset.
- Keep one safety option: in extraction games, consistency is often the best DPS.
